Nawok: “The best part of my workday is experiencing the satisfaction of successfully executing a project. It’s equally rewarding to embrace opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth.”
HHPeople: “Did you experience any culture shocks when you became an HH Person?”
Nawok: “None… I had no culture shock experience. My transition into Heirs Holdings was remarkably seamless, thanks to the inclusive and welcoming culture of the organisation.”

Nawok: “The most notable difference lies in how we have strategically advanced technologically. Embracing innovation has allowed us to remain at the forefront of our industries.”

Nawok: “Actually, no specific experiences to share from my time being new to the group. Nevertheless, the warmth and camaraderie among colleagues have made my journey at Heirs Holdings truly enjoyable.”

Nawok: “In my role, I strongly believe in Africapitalism – leveraging the immense potential of the African private sector to drive transformative, customer-centric initiatives. Prioritising customer needs and satisfaction not only fosters sustainable growth for businesses, but also contributes to economic prosperity and social wealth for the continent.”
HHPeople: How do you thrive in HH?
Nawok: “Simply put, I take it one day at a time! By approaching each day with a willingness to learn and re-learn, I continuously adapt to new challenges and opportunities.”
HHPeople: Do you have anyone you look up to in HH? A mentor?
Nawok: “At the moment, I don’t have a specific mentor within HH, but I draw inspiration from the collective wisdom and expertise of the diverse talent around me.”
