I do my job diligently and constantly try to help my coworkers by making their jobs easier. In general, I just want to make others happy.

What drives you? The work you do and the man you’ve become.
My desire to be the best at everything I do and my kids. They drive me to be the best version of myself.
Besides being Finance Manager, how did you become the go-to guy for all financial matters?
I have a passion for finance, it’s in my DNA and I love helping people. If it’s within my power, I listen intently to people’s requests/problems and try my best to help solve them.
How long have you been an HH Person and what would you say have been the highlights of your time at HH Group.
It will be 5 years in February since I became a ‘HH Person.’ I greatly respect the group’s work ethic, particularly the emphasis on execution. The HH End-of-the-Year Parties are unquestionably a highlight for me.
Your colleagues appreciate how you have commuted non-mobile colleagues for years. What’s one other thing you’d want people to know about you?
Asides helping people, I also love teaching; imparting knowledge in people gives me joy.
You are also a two-time recipient of the most customer-centric award how did you achieve that?
By continually putting myself in the shoes of the customer, both internal and external. I treat others the way I want to be treated; it’s the golden rule of success. I also believe in working hard and having my work speak for itself.
What do you do in your free time?
I read books and watch football.

Mutual respect is key. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
