You’ve felt it before, the moving type.
It starts with a slight pain above your eyes, moves to one side of your forehead, and then migrates finally to ‘its permanent site’- the back of your head.
Taking a cold shower is one natural way to get rid of nasty migraines, especially stress-induced ones.
Here’s how to go about it:
- Stand under the shower for about 5mins, allowing the cool water to run from your head down.
- Afterwards, proceed to take a nap and resist the urge to press your phone.
- Also, turn off bright lights and avoid loud sounds- these are potential headache triggers.
- Sleep for 30minutes or longer; you should feel better when you wake up.
