Music is medicine to mind and soul. We listen to it everywhere and all the time – at home, in the car and even in the bathroom (I know we are not alone). Our love for music is such that we have combined it with another love – working out. When you combine music with a workout, it is like taking a warm bath on cold night – you don’t want to stop.
We know what it is like when you’re tired and working out is the last thing on your mind. So in recognition of its power, we started putting together a playlist of top hits to put that extra oomph in our step. We shared the playlist with a few friends and the response was great! As such, we decided to put together a weekly playlist aptly called #avonworkoutjams to share with our enrolees and friends.
