Water is so blah tasting, so why not spruce it up by infusing it with fruits and veggies.

I thought to write on infused water for two reasons. Firstly, the past week lots of my work colleagues have stopped me to ask what are you drinking? Why are you drinking this? Is that a mojito? lol
Secondly, its summer time so we need to really stay hydrated and refreshed at the same time ” healthy”. Especially for those that have family members coming on holiday and are not used to our hot weather, We need to keep them hydrated.
We all know the importance of hydrating ourselves, but do you actually do it? I do! Water is so blah tasting, so why not spruce it up by infusing it with fruits and veggies. I figured I would give it a try and if nothing else, it would make me drink more water than I usually would. Besides it looks so pretty, doesn’t it–kinda make you want to drink it?
