April may have been the perfect month to profile two of our colleagues from Africa Prudential Registrars given the similar abbreviations amongst other things, but we May as well do that this June.
So here’s presenting Eat.See.Do: The Bello & Obasanjo Edition, powered by APR.

My favourite hangout spot is Shades, Anifowoshe, off Kofo Abayomi, Victoria Island, Lagos. There is usually a life band and they do good “asun”. My other choice spot is Delta Pot, Lekki Phase 1, as they have a good variety of Edo/Delta delicacies like Starch and “Owo” soup, banga and fresh fish. These are places I always enjoy visiting for proper meals when I need to eat out or just feel like hanging out.
For holidays, prior to the economic turmoil, my favourite was Malaga, Spain. There is a good Beach Chinringuito (restaurant) to relax, people are nice and I love the feeling of landing at the Airport, which always seems like the plane is about to plunge into the sea.

I really like to go strictly local when I seek real fun. Love places like White House, Yaba for hot and spicy ‘amala’ with ‘efo-riro’ and goat meat. However, my favourite spot for Friday evening hangout is Pavelone at Idimu area of Lagos.
A variety of signature drinks are always at the bar. The barmen are usually very creative too. It’s a nice place to be on Friday/ Saturday nights.
