Victor Osadolor, Heirs Holdings Non-Executive Director, has been appointed by the President of Nigeria, H.E., President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as a member of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms.
The inauguration of the Committee took place on August 8, 2023, at the State House in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city. The Committee is chaired by former Fiscal Policy Partner and Africa Tax Leader at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr Taiwo Oyedele, with other reputable individuals as members.
Victor Osadolor, a banking and finance expert with over 30 years of experience in capital markets, credit, and financial risk, is well-equipped to contribute valuable insights and strategic recommendations that will help drive economic growth, fiscal responsibility, and fair tax practices.
The Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms is tasked with elevating the efficiency of revenue collection, establishing transparent reporting mechanisms, and facilitating the proficient allocation of tax and additional revenues. These endeavours are directed towards bolstering citizens’ commitment to taxation, cultivating a positive tax culture, and encouraging voluntary compliance.
