Leading Pan-African investment company, Heirs Holdings commenced the first cohort of the TOE Mentorship Programme for 66 staff selected from across the Group. The year-long Programme provides an opportunity for the mentees to benefit from coaching and mentorship directly from HH Chairman, Tony O. Elumelu, C.F.R, alongside leaders across the Group, with the aim of supporting the growth and development of the mentees, and contributing to the Group’s vision of effective succession planning.
During his opening remark at the launch event, the Heirs Holdings Chairman, Tony O. Elumelu, spoke about the opportunities that mentorship afforded him in his professional and business career, after which he spent hours interacting with the mentees, answering several questions with insights from his life experiences.
